- My Style
First off, I try to explain things the way I would want them explained to me. In simple terms that anybody can understand. Have you ever had somebody tell you something using complicated phrases and jargon that only would be understood from someone else in their field of work. It sucks. I'll try to explain things in a way that a computer expert, or a complete novice would understand.
You won't have to worry about paying for nothing. If I can't fix it, I don't charge. The only way there would be a charge is if I drove way out of Kingsport to work on it. I would explain this before hand of course. I know a lot of shops have a service fee regardless, but I don't.
For the most part my pricing is very simple. Labor to repair A PC will usually never be over $50. To reload Windows is almost always $25. Parts and supplies are extra.
I guarantee my labor for 6 months, but any hardware or software used in the repair is soley based on the manufacturer of the product
Website design and graphics design pricing is very flexible. It would depend on the size and how complex the project is. The same goes for PC software. I can say however that it would be affordable and definitely not over priced. Any questions just contact me and you'll probably be suprised.
My vision is clear and simple.
To make PC repair and design work affordable enough that anyone can get help when they need it.
